This apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and a small freezer in open connection with a well-appointed living room as well as its own bathroom and TV.

There is a wardrobe cabinet with shelves and clothes hanger bar as well as under-bed storage units and a small chest of drawers for storage.

The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are fitted with a 120-140 cm-long bed, and the ground floor apartments are fitted with 2 x 90 cm-long beds.

All of the apartments have access to their own furnished 6.7 m² balcony or 7.2 m² terrace.

Price

Due to the current increase in energy prices, we are unfortunately forced to charge a temporary energy supplement which will be charged from June in addition to our normal prices.

The supplement will be DKK 10 per. day incl. VAT (300 per month) on our 1-room apartments.
